The Charge Nurse is responsible for administering medications, performing nursing procedures, and monitoring patient health status. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and maintain accurate medical documentation.
Candidates must hold a valid TX LVN license and BLS certification, with experience in long-term skilled nursing facilities. Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program is required.
