Perform general office functions including data entry of lab values into Electronic Medical Records and updating activity logs. Coordinate with outside facilities for patient records and prepare information for selection conferences.
Must be a currently enrolled student at the University of Washington meeting minimum credit requirements. Candidates must be undergraduate, graduate, or professional students, or approved for 'On Leave' status.
UWMC's KIDNEY, LIVER, LUNG, TRANSPLANTATION & LIVING DONOR SERVICES DEPARTMENT has an outstanding opportunity for a part-time STUDENT ASSISTANT, 10 to 19.5 hours per week during school year; Up to full time during summer quarter). This individual will perform general office functions; enter data into the records management software; update various logs, spreadsheets, and databases to track office activity/client interactions; assist with the creation and update of record series and the UW Medicine Records Retention Schedule; perform special projects and other tasks as assigned.
