Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, mental, and emotional health, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and disease management. Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans that address patients' specific needs and goals, including medication administration, wound care, and disease management. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques to promote independence and improve health outcomes. Clinical Interventions: Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy.

Collaboration

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

Documentation

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes.

Compliance

Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.

Requirements

Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility
