Market context

Michigan lab roles need certified candidates

In Michigan, MLS and MLT openings are often driven by hospital and clinical lab staffing needs, so certified applicants with hands-on lab training tend to be competitive. These roles usually stand out for candidates who can show ASCP certification or equivalent, an associate degree with a lab internship, and prior laboratory experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your certification status and internship details before applying.
