Pay and Benefits

Pay rate is from $19-23 an hour First Choice pays travel time & mileage reimbursement *Must have morning availability.

Responsibilities

Assists patients with their daily living activities Spends time assisting patients with grooming to help them feel great Works as part of the care team to help patients reach their goals and to be comforted Always maintains patient comfort & safety Attends case conference weekly to coordinate patient care with case manager & team

Qualifications

Active CNA license *Please only apply if you have an active license. Over the age of 18 Valid Driver's license Reliable transportation
