You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members What You Bring
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
