• Job Title: LVN / LPT ( On-call ) Division/Program: Capital Star Crisis Residential Program Starting Compensation: 26.99 - 32.38 USD Per Hour Working Location: Sacramento: Crisis Residential Program (In-person position) Working Hours/Shift: On Call, 12 hours shift (8 am to 8:30 pm) Why Join Our Team?

• Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What you bring to SBHG (qualifications): Education: Graduation from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing or psychiatric technology required.
• Associate's degree, preferred.
• Experience One (1) year service experience working as a nurse in a behavioral health field One (1) year medication administration experience required.
• License or Certification: Valid California LVN or LPT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• How you will make a difference (job overview): The LVN / LPT provides direct client care including medications and basic medical intervention and education, following standard nursing practices.
• Division/Program Overview: 24/7 voluntary residential setting specifically for Transitional Age Youth (TAY) at risk and need a higher level of care, but lower than a psychiatric hospital.
• Facility equipped to serve up to 15 Youth.
• Provides mental health services that include individual therapy, group rehabilitation, medication management, and case management.
• Incorporates the tenets of recovery, peer support, and identifying community connections.
• Connects individuals to educational and vocational services and initiating the process of locating housing.
