Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: · Must be 18 years of age; must have a high school diploma or GED. · One year of experience in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities or successful completion of training in the Missouri Quality Outcomes approved by the Division of DD regional office. Additional Qualifications: · Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. · Successful completion of a background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check. · Completion of New Hire Orientation and all annual training requirements. Physical Requirements: · ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. · Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
