The COTA/L is responsible for implementing the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician. They must provide professional and competent care to enhance the lives of residents within the community.
Candidates must possess an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. An active state license and meeting all national board certification requirements are mandatory.
