The therapist provides psychological and substance abuse support to adults through psychosocial assessments and daily process groups. They are responsible for formulating individual treatment plans and managing crisis situations within an acute care psychiatric setting.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field with at least two years of experience in behavioral health. Required certifications include Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and CPR.
