The RNFA provides specialized surgical assistance to the surgeon during intraoperative procedures to ensure safe and optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include comprehensive preoperative and postoperative patient care management within the operating room setting.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, completion of an accredited RN First Assistant program, and 3-5 years of perioperative nursing experience. Must hold a Florida RN license and be CNOR/C-RNFA certified or eligible for certification within 90 days.

This a Full-Time, 40 hour a week opportunity with a convenient day shift schedule. There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.
