The Behavioral Health Associate is responsible for monitoring client behaviors, providing continuous supervision, and ensuring a safe, structured environment. They facilitate rehabilitative groups and respond to crisis situations or medical emergencies as needed.
Candidates must be high school graduates with required CPR and de-escalation certifications. Experience working with psychiatric populations and knowledge of dual diagnosis are preferred.
