Schedule: PRN, Flexible Schedule!
Compensation: $50.00/Hr. Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! This position will treat various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a hand therapist who is skilled in custom splinting. The Hand Therapist will work with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have what you need for success.

Responsibilities

Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management. High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
accredited school of occupational therapy CPR certification Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications
