Evaluate, treat, and document care for patients in an outpatient setting specializing in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. Maintain professional communication with colleagues, physicians, and patients while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited physical therapy school with a valid state license. CPR certification is also required.
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
