Provide spiritual guidance and emotional support to hospice patients, families, and staff while contributing to individualized care plans. Coordinate religious rites and serve as a liaison between patients and community faith leaders.
Requires formal training in spiritual care from an accredited seminary or theology school and ordination or credentialing within a recognized religious organization. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
