• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This full-time Physical Therapist position is designed for a clinician who wants to help patients improve movement, strength, balance, and daily function through structured, goal-based care. You will work with patients who may be recovering from injuries, surgeries, pain conditions, or physical setbacks. The role includes patient evaluation, treatment planning, hands-on care, exercise instruction, documentation, and regular progress review.

Responsibilities

Assess patients’ physical abilities, movement patterns, pain levels, and functional limits Build care plans that support recovery, mobility, and long-term function Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, and functional activities Provide manual therapy and other appropriate interventions within scope of practice Reassess progress and update goals throughout the treatment process Educate patients on safe movement, posture, home exercises, and prevention strategies Complete documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri Previous outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Ability to manage a full patient schedule while maintaining quality care Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take your next professional step with a Physical Therapist role that values steady care, clear goals, and patient progress.
