Salary Range

$90,000–$100,000 per year Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Overview We are hiring a Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care in Raymore, Missouri. This role is centered on helping patients recover movement, manage pain, improve physical function, and return to the activities that matter most to them. You will evaluate each patient’s needs, guide treatment sessions, and use your clinical judgment to support safe, steady progress. Key Responsibilities Complete patient evaluations and develop appropriate plans of care Provide skilled physical therapy treatments based on patient goals and diagnosis Use therapeutic exercise, functional training, mobility work, and hands-on techniques when appropriate Review progress regularly and modify treatment plans as patients improve Teach patients how to continue progress through home programs and safe activity habits Prepare accurate treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri Previous outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Ability to manage a full patient schedule while maintaining quality care Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your PT skills to a role where your work makes a measurable difference each day.
