• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in Kansas City, Missouri. In this position, you will work directly with patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore strength, and support recovery after injury, surgery, or ongoing physical limitations. This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys hands-on care, patient education, and building treatment plans that help people return to daily activities with greater confidence and function.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and identify movement limitations, pain points, and functional goals Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and other PT interventions Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and discharge plans accurately Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri Previous outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Ability to manage a full patient schedule while maintaining quality care Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your PT skills to a role where your work makes a measurable difference each day.
