As a Locum Ob/Gyn, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients. This position allows you to engage in a variety of clinical responsibilities, including routine obstetric and gynecologic care, while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and assessments Manage prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care Perform surgical procedures as necessary Consult with specialists and coordinate patient care Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records Educate patients on health and wellness topics Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Active medical license in the state of practice Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Commitment to providing compassionate patient care Experience in a clinical setting preferred

Schedule: 8a-5p, 2-4 days per week

Setting: Outpatient

Daily Census: 20 patients

Anatomy Scan Volume: 32 per day

Duties: Procedures and ultrasounds/ anatomy scans

Procedures

Vaginal deliveries, c-sections, circumcisions, hysteroscopies, hysterectomies, ovarian cystectomies, D&C, etc.

EMR: Epic

Board certification required
