As a Locum Ob/Gyn, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and support the health and well-being of women in our community. Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients Conduct routine examinations and screenings Diagnose and manage various conditions related to women's health Perform surgical procedures as necessary Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure optimal patient care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Educate patients on health management and wellness Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid medical license to practice in the state Experience in Ob/Gyn practice, preferably in a locum capacity Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement Flexible and adaptable to changing clinical demands
Schedule: 24-hour call coverage, 7-10 days per month
Setting: Inpatient
Delivery Volume: 0-2 deliveries per day
Cases: OB call coverage and deliveries
Must be able to perform c-sections
Support Staff: RNs, OB Tech, Lactation Consultants
EMR: MedHost & Centricity
Must be board-certified
