Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized care plans Prescribe medications and manage treatment regimens Provide health education and counseling to patients and families Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records Participate in quality improvement initiatives Stay current with best practices in family medicine
Associate's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies Current NP or PA certification and state licensure Experience in family medicine or primary care setting Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Setting: Outpatient
Patient Volume: 18-22 per day
Patient Population: 65% adults, 29% geriatrics, and 6% pediatrics
Bread and butter primary care, common musculoskeletal problems, psychiatry, employment physicals, disability exams, well-woman care, orthopedics, and x-ray and EKG interpretation
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
