The Urologist will conduct patient evaluations, diagnose and treat urological conditions, and perform necessary surgeries. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on urological health.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and have completed a residency in Urology. Board certification and licensure to practice medicine in the state of Maryland are required.

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments Diagnose and treat a variety of urological conditions Perform urological procedures and surgeries as needed Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on urological health Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Participate in ongoing professional development and training
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of residency in Urology Strong clinical skills and a patient-focused approach Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively within a team environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth Basic knowledge of urological procedures and treatments Licensure to practice medicine in the state of Maryland
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
Rotating call shifts
Setting: Inpatient with 1 day per week in the OR
Cases: Prostate, bladder, and kidney diseases and cancers
Required Procedures: Minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery
Current Team Structure: 3 MDs, 3 APPs
Board certification required
