Responsibilities

Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac imaging procedures Ensure high-quality images and accurate measurements Assist physicians in the interpretation of echocardiograms Maintain and calibrate echocardiography equipment Educate patients on the echocardiogram procedure Document and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes Stay current with advancements in echocardiology techniques

Requirements

Cardiac Sonography training required; carotid training and an Associate’s Degree preferred Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently Comfort working in fast‑paced, high‑stress clinical environments BLS certification required Echo Registry certification preferred; registry‑eligible candidates considered (must obtain within one year)
