Independently perform nuclear medicine procedures, including the preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals. Ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety through strict adherence to regulatory standards and radiation safety practices.
Requires a degree from an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program or an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience. Must hold current BLS, California state certification (CTNM), and primary certification from NMTCB or ARRT.

As a Nuclear Medicine PET/CT Technologist at Community Cancer Institute you will practices at a fully independent level, supporting a high‑acuity imaging environment through technical expertise, sound judgment and collaboration with Nuclear Medicine Physicians. This role is embedded within a multidisciplinary team committed to diagnostic accuracy, patient safety and continuous quality improvement. You will independently perform nuclear medicine procedures, including preparing, compounding, administering and quality‑testing radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with regulatory standards. You will ensure high‑quality imaging through accurate patient identification, appropriate exam selection, proper positioning and protocol completion, while maintaining a safe and compliant environment through adherence to aseptic technique, medication‑administration standards, radiation safety practices, equipment maintenance requirements and precise documentation.
