Market context

California radiotherapy tech roles stay competitive

California radiation oncology teams often look for radiotherapy techs with hands-on clinical experience and current credentials, so this category tends to draw steady demand from hospitals and cancer centers. Competition is usually strongest for candidates who already meet the associate degree, ARRT, and radiologic technologist requirements, and who can work full-time day shifts in a progressive department. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your certification dates and tailor your application to your oncology experience.
