Provide individual and group counseling to patients while managing complex behavioral and psychosocial needs. Maintain detailed electronic medical records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Must hold or be eligible for an active Georgia LPC or LCSW license.
Provide individual and/or group counseling and therapy Manage complex behavioral and psychosocial needs to facilitate optimal clinical outcomes Manage and complete patient caseload across the Thomson and greater McDuffie County area Document detailed patient notes in the electronic medical record system and develop/maintain treatment plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams Collaborate with the IPS care team to ensure a comprehensive approach
Active Georgia LPC or LCSW license (or eligibility to obtain one) Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field (CSWE-accredited program required for social work candidates) Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Genuine engagement with patients and commitment to a restorative care environment
