The Certified Medical Assistant supports dermatologists by rooming patients, scribing visit information, and managing exam room supplies. They also perform clinical tasks such as drawing blood, suture removal, and assisting with various dermatological surgical procedures.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and a certification as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN. Preference is given to those with over one year of recent experience in a medical office and proficiency in EMR systems.
