The Lab Aide supports laboratory operations by performing phlebotomy procedures and preparing specimens for testing or transport. This role ensures accurate identification, labeling, and handling of specimens in accordance with laboratory protocols and safety standards.
Candidates should have completed a formal phlebotomy training program or equivalent coursework, with 0-2 years of laboratory or phlebotomy experience preferred. Knowledge of specimen collection techniques and effective communication skills are essential.
