The Staff Pharmacist evaluates medication orders to optimize drug therapy and provides guidance to healthcare providers and patients. They also supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate compounding and timely administration of medications.
A Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license are required. Preference is given to candidates with one year of hospital pharmacy experience and clinical clerkships or residencies.

1. One year of work in hospital Pharmacy where IV admixtures, automated distribution functions, and clinical counseling were employed is preferred. 2. Work history with good to excellent record in organization, accuracy, quality and quantity of work and attendance is required.
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required. 2. Clinical clerkships, residencies and specialties in hospital-oriented environments preferred.
A current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required. Recent graduates and pharmacists eligible for reciprocity will be considered as long as licensure is complete before the end of the 90-day probationary period.
