The Staff Pharmacist evaluates medication orders and consults with healthcare professionals to optimize drug therapy for patients. They also supervise technicians to ensure accurate medication compounding and dispensing while providing drug information to the healthcare team.
A Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license are required. Preference is given to candidates with one year of hospital pharmacy experience and clinical clerkships or residencies.

1. One year of work in hospital Pharmacy where IV admixtures, automated distribution functions, and clinical counseling were employed is preferred. 2. Work history with good to excellent record in organization, accuracy, quality and quantity of work and attendance is required.
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required. 2. Clinical clerkships, residencies and specialties in hospital-oriented environments preferred.
A current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required. Recent graduates and pharmacists eligible for reciprocity will be considered as long as licensure is complete before the end of the 90-day probationary period.
