RN Staff - Cardiology I - FT - 3rd Shift

• Overview Maintains established standards of care, policies, objective, and goals in administering professional nursing care to all patients.
• The RN identifies patient needs and priorities for care through assessment.
• The RN plans and delegates care based on patient needs.
• The RN evaluates the patient’s response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes.
• The RN is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of Accredited School of NursingLicense, Certification and/or Registration: Current Alabama or Multi-state Nursing License required.BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained in the orientation period. ACLS, PALS, or NRP is required for critical care areas based on patient populatiion. Additional Skill/Abilities: Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently. Department specific competencies must be completed within the provisional period.
