General Overview\nAs an Cardiac Ultrasound Sonographer, you are responsible for getting clear imaging results, which requires proper use of the equipment and keeping patients calm and informed throughout the ultrasound procedure. If a patient has any questions or concerns about the procedure, you can provide answers and assistance.\nJob Description\nTravel to various healthcare sites in the area\nPerform diagnostic exams using portable ultrasound equipment\nProcess and upload images to a PACS system\nGather and complete appropriate paperwork\nRequirements\nARDMS RVT or RVS and ARDMS AB/OB or CCI\nMaintain CME for license and certification\nMust have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record\nMust have reliable transportation for work\nAbility to work independently\nExceptional communication skills\nBe able to work in a fast paced healthcare environment\nStrong computer and software skills\nNight and weekend availability\nPrevious Mobile Experience a Plus\nEducation Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GED\nBachelor or associate degree in ultrasound technology
