Responsibilities

Qualifications

DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school Active, unrestricted state dental license Nitrous sedation certificate per state requirement CPR/BLS certification DEA certification NPI number Western Dental Services, Inc. and all relevant affiliates are Equal Opportunity Employers.
