Position Details

Position: Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Location: Marion Assisted Living Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Schedule: A couple nights a week Part-Time Overnight Opportunity Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Responsibilities Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders Provide compassionate resident care and assistance with activities of daily living Monitor residents throughout the overnight shift and report any concerns Assist residents with mobility, comfort, and nighttime needs Maintain accurate documentation and medication records Communicate effectively with nursing staff and team members Help create a safe, calm, and caring environment for residents at Marion Assisted Living Support residents with dignity, respect, and professionalism QualificationsQualifications Current Kansas Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work independently during overnight hours Passion for serving seniors and providing quality care
