Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and assisting medical providers with various clinical procedures and tests. Perform administrative duties including managing patient charts, answering phones, and maintaining clinical inventory and sterilization schedules.
Requires a high school diploma and graduation from a Medical Assistant program, with an associate degree and one year of experience highly preferred. Candidates must have current CPR certification and the ability to pass a certification exam within six months.
