The CNA is responsible for monitoring patient health, measuring vital signs, and assisting the healthcare team with treatments and basic procedures. They must also maintain accurate records, ensure facility hygiene, and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid PCT/CNA certification. A minimum of 2 years of patient care experience is required, with a preference for behavioral health experience.
