Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health West Valley, AZ (Buckeye, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, El Mirage, Avondale, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Surprise)

Billet Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Home Health team serving the West Valley region of Arizona.

• Our clinicians provide high-quality, patient-centered care to geriatric patients in their homes during a 9-week episode of care.
• RNs collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.

• RN Responsibilities Complete SOCs, ROCs, and recertifications Perform skilled nursing assessments Develop and implement individualized care plans Provide IV care (REQUIRED) Monitor patient condition and communicate changes Educate patients and caregivers

Qualifications

Active RN License in Arizona IV experience REQUIRED Valid driver’s license Valid auto insurance CPR or BLS Certification Current TB documentation Skin test within 1 year OR Chest X-ray within 5 years Training Requirement One full week of Monday–Friday availability is required for onboarding and training.
