Requires a DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program and completion of an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency. Must be board certified or eligible with an active state dental license and DEA license.

DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental program Completion of an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency Board certified or board eligible Active, unrestricted state dental license (or ability to obtain) CPR/BLS certification DEA license (if performing sedation or prescribing medication) Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and obtain Real ID for base access ________________________________________ If you are made a conditional offer of employment, you will be required to undergo a background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening.
