The Case Manager conducts intakes, assessments, and develops independent living plans to help tenants achieve self-sufficiency. They provide ongoing support through resource referrals, monitoring progress, and advocating for tenants' needs in healthcare, housing, and legal issues.
A Bachelor's degree (e.g., B.A., B.S.W.) and experience working with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population are required. Candidates must pass a criminal history check and be willing to act as a mandated reporter.

More than half of our clients are immigrants and refugees from around the globe. Over 85% of our families are in living in poverty, reflecting the challenges faced by nearly 1.7 million New Yorkers today. CAMBA’s Supportive Housing Services will provide social services for existing tenants at The Boulevard Houses, which is a NYCHA funded Housing development in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, as well as the nearby Fiorentino Plaza and Belmont Center. A total of 1657 units will receive social services through this program that include, case management and supportive services.
$50,192 annually When salary ranges are listed, the range would represent the low and high end for the applicable position & program. The salary offered would be based on various factors unique to each program and candidate. This includes but is not limited to experience, education, budget and/or program size, internal equity, skills and other factors that may be required for the position and organization.
Status: Full-time (35 hours per week)
