Amenities include 24/7 security, multi-purpose rooms, gardens and roof terrace, computer room, and a community kitchen for nutrition and cooking classes. The building includes a rooftop solar panel system expected to power approx. 45% of common areas. We are proud to share that it is considered a national model for co-locating housing and healthcare facilitates to improve tenants’ health and stability by creating a partnership between a public hospital, nonprofit developer, and social services provider. CAMBA provides on-site case management and supportive services funded by the NYC Department of Health and the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
