The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. They develop individualized care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient recovery and safety.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current state license. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a hospital setting and BLS certification are required.

Uses specialized knowledge and training in speech language pathology services as well as independent judgement and discretion to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing, fluency, and other related disorders. Integrates the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
