Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology procedures following established protocols and ALARA programs. Conducts all necessary quality control procedures according to manufacturer, state, and federal guidelines.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program. Requires BCLS certification and registration with either the CNMT or NMTCB upon hire.
Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to all Protocols, Policies and Procedures and adhering to A.L.A.R.A. programs. Performs all quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state and federal guidelines.
Education Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine program accredited by either the Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Required Work Experience No experience required Required Licenses and Certifications BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and CNMT - Certified Nuclear Med Tech CNMT registered Upon Hire Required or NMTCB - Nuclear Medicine Tech NMTCB registered Upon Hire Required Business
