• Salary: $65K–$70K for new grads; $80K–$90K for experienced PTs Why This Role May Be a Good Fit This position is a strong fit for a Physical Therapist who wants a balanced schedule, steady patient volume, and the ability to give each patient proper attention during treatment. As a PT, you will evaluate patients, create care plans, provide therapy, monitor progress, and help people improve how they move and function in daily life. Your work will directly support patients who are recovering from injury, dealing with pain, building strength, or working to regain independence.

Responsibilities

Assess patients’ physical function, movement patterns, pain concerns, and therapy goals Build personalized care plans based on evaluation results and patient needs Deliver treatment through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, gait training, and balance support Help patients understand their treatment plan and home exercise program Review progress and update care plans based on patient response Document visits, progress, treatment changes, and discharge plans accurately Communicate with referral sources or other care providers as needed Support a professional and welcoming clinical experience Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active or eligible Missouri Physical Therapist license New graduates are welcome Previous clinical experience preferred for higher salary consideration Strong documentation, communication, and patient education skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Step into a Physical Therapist role where your clinical time is respected and your work has a clear impact on patient recovery.
