The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting patient evaluations, formulating treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic exercises and modalities. They must also provide patient education and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a valid Physical Therapist license in Idaho. Proficiency in computer skills and a willingness to learn the practice's EHR system are also required.
Patient evaluation/exam – medical history, review pertinent reports/imaging, and physical exam Treatment plan formulation Physical Therapy- therapeutic exercises and modalities Patient education about the diagnosis, care plan options, lifestyle modifications, and exercises Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care Work with and supervise therapy assistants Documentation/reports- timely and accurate EHR
