The Clinical Pharmacist ensures the safe and effective use of medications through accurate order verification, dispensing, and patient-focused clinical monitoring. They are legally responsible for reviewing and approving medication orders while adhering to hospital formulary and PHI policies.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or PharmD degree and be a Registered Pharmacist licensed in the State of Ohio. Previous experience with sterile products and computerized unit dose systems is preferred.
