Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (required) 12 months of caregiving experience in Home Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing/Nursing Home, Hospital or Hospice (required) Current CPR certification (preferred) Excellent customer service skills Strong communication (written, verbal, and active listening) Problem-solving skills Time management skills Ability to work in an electronic medical record system Ability to lift 50 lbs. Good understanding of body mechanics Strong understanding of professional boundaries Valid driver's license (required) Valid Auto Insurance (required)
