Provides direct patient care and implements care plans as directed to facilitate healing and protect patient dignity. Responsibilities include collecting patient data, administering medications, and providing patient education.
Requires a valid LPN license and at least one year of experience in an ambulatory care clinic. BLS certification is required within 14 days of hire and computer literacy is essential.
Provides patient care as directed and is accountable for own actions under provided direction. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity and rights. Performs other duties as assigned.
