The CNA performs various patient care activities and accommodative services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational Nurse. Responsibilities include executing patient care tasks in accordance with PAM Health policies without administering medications or therapy.
Candidates should ideally be high school graduates with a valid CNA certification and current BLS certification. While no experience is required, 2-3 years in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.
The Occupational Therapist will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Occupational Therapist must be flexible to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities.
Education and Training: Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
