Provide immediate support, intervention, and mental health services to individuals and families in crisis to ensure safety and well-being. Coordinate services for youth and maintain strong relationships with foster parents and community partners.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and a valid LSW license. Must have experience working with youth in foster care and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
