Coordinate and deliver patient care across the surgical continuum within an interventional pain management practice. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, monitoring patients during surgical procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) with an active RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications. Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Pain Management, and Athena EHR is preferred.

The Opportunity In this hands-on, patient-facing role, you’ll coordinate and deliver care across the surgical continuum. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe workflows, positive patient outcomes, and adherence to evidence-based standards.
What You’ll Do Leadership & Team Collaboration Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve care goals Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols Participate in ongoing education and unit meetings Clinical Assessment & Care Planning Conduct and document comprehensive patient assessments and vital signs Identify abnormal findings and communicate results promptly Develop and update individualized care plans during shift transitions Surgical Support & Patient Monitoring Support patients throughout surgical procedures and recovery Monitor, document, and evaluate patient responses during all phases of care Compliance & Professional Standards Uphold facility standards, ethics, and evidence-based procedures Perform other duties as assigned You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and families Prioritize safety and patient outcomes in fast-paced environments Value teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration Excel in a mission-driven, detail-oriented setting
